3, 2, 1... Go for the future of education!
What will the learning community of tomorrow look like? Society has enormously changed in many ways within the last decades. Today, we don’t learn and get educated as we did in the last century. These new ways of education come along with chances and problems as well. That’s why experts and practioners from all over Europe will come together in Bratislava to share experiences, learn from each other and develop new, creative solutions for the learning community of tomorrow. It will encourage participants to build partnerships to meet Europe’s most pressing challenges. The learning community cannot be imagined solely on the basis of what goes on in the classroom. Indeed, this learning also takes place at home, while taking part in activities such as sports, theatre, music… and most of all, learning takes place throughout life, long after we leave schools and all the way up to retirement.
Ideas for new methods how to improve the ways we learn will be the base for the final output of the conference: a design of model to help us concretely imagine the links that exist between elements of our (educational) environment. The model will be made in collaboration with the Architecture School of Bratislava.
The LLLPlatform's Annual Conference 2016 in Bratislava takes place from the 31st of May to the 1st of June 2016.
